Pizz-ahoy!

Arrrrrgggg, it be a great night for some Flatbread Pizzas (it's also National Talk like a Pirate Day). But seriously, my lovely sister Stacey came over dinner and we made some multi-grain flatbread pizzas. Very simple ingredients: Flatbreads, Classico brand marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, grilled chicken, peppers, and onions. We first put them in the oven at 350, but the crust wasn't crispy enough so we turned them up to 400. Cooked for about 20 minutes, and then enjoyed! On the side, we had some salad and also tipped back a few glasses of Jewell Towne Vineyard's Aurore white wine (check them out, they are in South Hampton, NH!!). Absolutely delicious and easy dinner!
